Just finished the PAINFUL task of drinking my 1st Protein Shake about 1 1/2 hours ago & my body is still cursing me out [emoji38]. I'm STARVING, feel myself getting cranky & developing a headache. For some reason I convinced myself the Protein shake would taste like the Meal Replacement shakes I drunk during the weight management phase. BOY WAS I WRONG! Surgery is on 5/12 so I have no choice but to do it, but man this is HARD. [emoji45]

I liked EAS AdvantEDGE Carb Control shakes because they tasted just like SlimFast to me and I actually LIKED SlimFast.

I tried the Meal Replacement shakes & they were pretty decent. They just didn't stop me from being hungry. I might have to check it out. TY

If you do try the EAS shakes, you might want to add a little extra unflavored Protein Powder to them, because they only have 15 grams per shake on their own.
