Anyone have a favorite app they use to log their Fluid intake.

I use my MyFitnessPal.

But, frankly, I no longer log my fluids. I have several Water bottles. I have a 24 oz that I fill with crystal light, etc. and a 30 oz I fill with Water. I try to refill both daily. If I refill just one, then I am over 64 oz. (For instance 2x24+30=78.) Anything above that, tea, a glass of water at a restaurant, a 20 oz water bottle at the gym is a bonus.

I like the Baritastic app for logging everything. You can log food, water/fluid, your weight and inches all in the same app.

I've used sparkpeople for a long time now (found it during one of the pre-sleeve diets I tried). I've tried some others, but keep coming back to sparkpeople.

Had a sleeve in 2017, lost over 100 pounds. Had a DS surgery this year (2025) for more sustainable weight loss. 🤞

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
