Ryan TN 348 Posted April 28, 2016 Well, let's do the math. There are 16 tablespoons in 1 cup. Sajijoma 1,324 Posted April 29, 2016 If you are fresh out of the hospital post op, sure, it could work, otherwise it's just not enough Protein to meet your needs. The first days are rough trying to get in enough protein and liquids. Just do the best you can.
Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted April 29, 2016 If you can drink four tablespoons of milk you can drink four tablespoons of Premier Protein and then repeat. You need to focus on getting in your Protein and fluids and not worry too much about labels. Early out you may just need to sip all day until you reach your targets. mistybell 8 Posted May 2, 2016 My program considers 1/2 c of skim milk one serving of dairy and my aim is to have 2 servings of food per meal. So, my program would consider 1c of milk or 1/2 c milk and 1T Peanut Butter examples of meals. So, 1/4 c of skim milk wouldn't quite be considered a meal in my program. Hope this helps!
