It's funny how good healthy, simple food tastes when you haven't had real food in a while.

You really do want more moisture in that lol. Consider adding cottage cheese and a teaspoon of mayo. So maybe 1/4 c tuna, 2 tbls egg, 2 tbls cottage cheese and a dollop of mayo to mix it up. And for goodness sakes- if you can, go ahead and add seasonings!!!

that is a lot wow for me I could not eat that at all I had to buy baby food heat up in microwave that was the only food I could swallow or keep down with throwing up anything to heavy came right up good luck
