Possibilities after band plication

I'm just wondering if anyone out there was or has a lapband with a plication. I was told by my PA that she doesn't think the sleeve is an option after having the plication with band. Has anyone ever had one after a band with plication? Or what revision have you had?

I don't see why you can't convert to sleeve? Your stomach should still be intact. They might want to reverse the plication by removing stitches or staples. I'd ask a real bariatric doctor before taking the advice of a PA. PA's are good at what they know but even family MDs are ignorant of how this all works.
