What kind of Protein shakes is everyone using? I start my liver shrink diet Monday so I am looking for ones to try

I like Premier Protein and GNC Lean shake 25. What does your surgeon or NUTS recommend?

I have tried the Premier Protein, Pure Protein and SlimFast High Protein/Advanced Nutrition. A lot of people seem to like the Premier Protein here - I actually liked those the least of the three brands in taste, but they were the thinnest consistency, I will say that. It's been awhile since I had the Pure Protein, but I think I'd give those a slight taste advantage over the SlimFast High Protein/Advanced Nutrition. The SlimFast look to me to have the best overall nutritional profile as a Meal Replacement of the three.

My nut listed off a few suggestions but said I could you any Protein shake really. They said a lot of people use the Premier Protein but I can't find the powder at the store

I don't use premier powder, I buy the ready to drink. Try Walmart, Sam's Club or costco.

You can try some samples of the GNC shakes at a GNC store. I like the orange cream.

You can try different shakes at GNCs and stores like The Vitamin Shoppe.

For you liver shrinking diet you want a good quality Protein. Look for ones that are whey isolate. There is so many junk ones out there.
