Congratulations! Don't freak out if things slow down a bit or even stall out completely in the next week or so. It is very common for people to experience a stall around 3 weeks post-op. Just stick to your plan, get your Protein and Water in, take your Vitamins, and move as much as possible and the scale will move again. Remember, this is a marathon, not a sprint.
