3...2...1...Liquid diet!

My liquid diet starts now! 2 weeks till surgery. I have a feeling it will be a long 2 weeks. I have a lot of family coming to stay with me for a week. My son will be graduating from highschool on May 7th, I am throwing him a crawfish boil graduation party May 8th( I crawfish, I'm in Louisiana) and surgery May 10th! I'm a little overwhelmed but will make it through this.

@@sbdooly73 yes you will make it through this! The first few days were tough for me, but just keep looking towards your surgery and trust that by doing this liquid phase, your liver will shrink and make the surgery easier for your surgeon and recovery easier for you. You got this! Congrats to your son!

So far I have learned Protein powder is awful!!! I guess I will have to do the shakes and I really don't like milky stuff. After my experience with the "flavorless" powder, I welcome milky stuff!

I also hate the Protein powder! I like the pre made Premier Protein Shakes.

I'm using the Premier Protein. It's not too bad. I lost an even 6 lbs. That's a plus.
