ligia2230 2 Posted April 26, 2016 Hi.I just got lap band over gastric bypass. 4 days ago.i am on stage 1 .but fortunately I haven't feeling hungry yet.i hope you doing well. My son went to the store and bought me Cristal lights. Different styles flavor.he filled 2 ice trays with Jello.also I am having some decaffeinated tea.so far I had have lost 7 pounds. Very happy about it.i know this phase is no easy.but I feel great.i hope you doing as well and losing weight. Many Blessings and good luck with your journey. My NUT and Psych think 6 months is too long too so they're going to look at cutting a month or two (based on records from my PCP). Good luck at your appointment! Ask questions and write things down.
