Whitefoot 14 Posted April 25, 2016 Surgery tomorrow and I can't sleep. Ugh. Excited, but scared. Tomorrow this will be all over and I will be on the loser bench. Here I go trying to count sheep again.

sanjumelts 170 Posted April 25, 2016 I was actually at a complete state of acceptance the night before. I knocked out knowing that the next morning would be a rough start to something amazing Best, Sanju

Gamma 2 Posted April 25, 2016 How exciting, good luck! I am a week away and I am really hoping to sleep the night before since it's so hard to get sleep in the hospital haha. Sent from my SM-N910P using the BariatricPal App
James Marusek 5,244 Posted April 25, 2016 Good luck on your surgery. A good nights sleep is important especially since you will get very little of it in the hospital. You will need to get up every couple hours (round the clock) to do some walking.

Whitefoot 14 Posted April 27, 2016 Had my surgery. Everything went textbook. Took 3 hours. I did have revision from lapband to rny. Looks like I get a 4 night hospital stay just because of some additional swelling. Getting to stage two diet today. Woot woot. Walk walk walk.
