Seriously need help meeting goals

As others have said, the nutritionist gives you targets for Water and Protein, but they are just that, targets. If you can't reach them, don't stress about it, and don't overdo things to the point of nausea and vomiting. With time you will gradually be able to fit more. Taking smaller amounts, more often, is a great way to make the most of your downsized tummy - drink half a Protein shake and drink the rest an hour later, sip Water a little at a time and just keep at it.
