Starting pre op diet today... Per day can have up to 3 servings of Protein Shakes, and up to 6 servings of eggs, low fat cheese, Greek yogurt, sugar free pudding and as much sugar free Jello & sugar free Popsicles and drinks. Makes me a little anxious.

Started mine on 6/8/16, which consisted of 2 Protein Shakes & a salad with meat. On 6/15/16, I started the liquid diet. Sort of. I did well until I got home from work and ate carne asada nachos and french fries. I have stuck with the liquid diet since and haven't been hungry. Surgery is Thursday.

I did 2 partial days Monday and Tuesday this week and today starts the full on diet... It's not too bad but the liquid only day may be interesting the day before... How's everyone doing?

My preop diet started Monday and I get so hungry at night. I also notice Im tired through the day. Im on this till surgery which is Aug 1. Some of your pre ops sound way better than mine. LOL

I get to meet my surgeon tomorrow so I'm pretty sure he will put me on a pre op diet, not excited about it either
