Liquid Diet Question - Optifast Protein Drinks/Soups

Howdy,

I have a lot of Optifast vanilla Protein powder shakes and chicken Soup. It's actually a good Protein source. Can anyone tell me if they have used it for the liquid pre-op or post-op legs of their journey?

Check with your NUT about post-op...someone recently posted that they were told no on the shakes because too many calories. It doesn't seem right but who knows.

I was prescribed the Optifast post surgery. I liked the vanilla and I would put a teaspoon of coffee and ice and make a smoothie
