Dehydration? If you aren't getting your fluids in, can usually get IV fluids.

Dehydration or lack of adequate nutrition are likely causes..

Dehydration is one possibility. So is blood pressure. Did you have high blood pressure pre-op? Are you taking blood pressure meds? You might want to talk to your PCP to see if you need to adjust your meds.

Call your surgeon or PCP.... they will want/need to know. I have had dizziness off and on since surgery (4 mos out). The suspect low blood pressure and mild dehydration. However if it persist they want me to visit my PCP to rule out other issues. But I notice it doesn't happen when I am drinking the recommended amount and get a little salt in my diet. When you cut processed food you get much less sodium as you might have pre-surgery.
