Hi April 4's! How is everyone doing? We're almost finished week 3. I'm still eating soft foods. Egg salad, refried Beans, Ricotta Bake. Even the soft food is "sticking". Do you get that feeling? Like you can feel the food going down and then it feels like a lump? Otherwise feeling good. No regrets. Good energy. Meeting my Fluid and Protein goals. I'd like to hear how you guys are doing.
