I have a beer once in awhile--from a glass, not the bottle.

I also enjoy a glass of wine occasionally, but be aware that you will be able to drink about 1/3 the amount as pre WLS.

I have hot wings 2-3 times a week. I make them myself. You can make them taste fried just cooking them in the oven.

Make them like that and just use Red Hot Wing sauce as the sauce. No carbs.
