I just got the call from my Drs, I was approved by Highmark BCBS. I'm so excited! I was so nervous bc I do have a BMI under 40. So my journey continues!! My surgery date is May 10th!!! This has been the longest 5 days of waiting ever! Haha!

Wow, congratulations! I guess it's time to last-supper up and get stocked up for pre-op! I think the quick turn around is quite a blessing...I went throughout months of mental anguish as to how I would spend my stomach's remaining days.

Yay! I just found out I'm approved today as well. Feels so good! My date is June 15th which seems so far off still.
