I minced, then mushed chicken breast. Also, my husband made me a scrambled egg (couldn't finish it though), today I will try mushed up tuna. My friend got a chili from Wendy's and pureed it and said it was amazing (I don't like chili, so that doesn't appeal to me). Most important thing to remember about soft food stage is to focus on Protein, so in other words, ricotta cheese? Yes. Mashed potatoes? No.

There's a ricotta bake that's good. I think I found the recipe here or Pinterest

Soft foods for me were things like: tuna, soft fish, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, refried Beans, chili, canned chicken, etc.

Can the greek yogurt be flavored by yoplait or it has to be straight plain?

My nutricianist suggests plain with stevia and cinnamon or flavored extracts [like banana, hazelnut] but I do greek light n fit vanilla from danon and the triple zero
