Weight gain

I had gastric sleeve oct 29 2014 and still have about 50 pds to loose. I have an autoimmune disease that causes inflammation and weakness in muscles. Anyway had a bad flare up and have been on 40 mg of prednisone for past month. I haven't gained any weight according to scale but I can tell in my clothes I have gained ... Very discouraged. I am praying that when I get off prednisone it will help. Has anyone experienced this ? Thanks

Steroids/prednisone can do great things, but they also cause weight gain and bulk. Stay on your program, and once the steroids are done, you'll likely lose weight and see less bulk.

It's great you haven't gained...you'll lose that prednisone bloat once you come off them. Feel better soon!
