Dkdebose 56 Posted April 20, 2016 Hello my people. Today is my 5 week post-op day and I have to say I'm feeling pretty good. I am eating 1.5 to maybe 1.7 oz 3 times a day and drinking my Protein shakes. Looking forward to getting back into the gym and doing some lite lifting. I'm tired of walking. miss_smiles 192 Posted April 23, 2016 I'm eating 4 oz about 3 times a day and getting in the Protein through food and Isopure drinks. You need to make sure your getting in enough food. When I went from the mushy phase to soft food phase I actually lost Weight. 4 weeks post op and headed to the gym tomorrow.
