Still trying to figure out my band.

With good restriction, I know of hard and soft stops. It is possible not to have a stop?

Will the band (with good restriction) make me feel full, or stuffed? I'm puzzled, b/c today of the amount of lunch I ate. Turkey and cauliflower mash. All within 1/2 hour. I know for sure it was 8oz of turkey, and 1 cup of cauliflower. Now, I'm pms - and starving. Granted, I'm full now - but i KNOW it's too much to eat with my band. I go for my 3rd fill on my 'large size' band on the 30th.

Now, I do not do this often - because I get full faster than I did today. But I was still able to do it; and it upsets me. I have the gurgling in my throat; not a good sign.

I wish I was at my sweet spot NOW!!!!!

It seems like it took me forever to get to my sweet spot but I can tell you with no exaggeration that I'm there now and I very seldom get hungry and I couldn't eat more than a cup if I had too. I went through too tight, getting stuck, vomiting, unfill, too loose and now it's perfect and when you get there it is wonderful. I don't know how long it will last but I pray it lasts for a long while. I loose about 1-2 pounds per week right now and I've been banded for 12 months. Good luck and I hope you get there soon.

The idea isn't to be full *or* stuffed, the idea is to be not hungry. Full or stuffed is just asking for PBing and PBing is asking for a slip.

Not hungry is what you are looking for.
