Deleted Profile 87 Posted April 19, 2016 Today I had my one month follow up and I am down a total of 42 pounds. I don't see it yet but everyone else notices it in my face so it's really happening . My food stage has now changed.... No more purée!!!!! Very exciting day. 75 more pounds until goal weight. ???? "In the end we only regret the chances that we didn't take."
