kjwrn 129 Posted April 19, 2016 I don't have a suggestion, but I have tried Isopure unflavored in crystal light and it is horrible. I haven't tried it in Soup though. On Amazon you can order a starter pack of Unjury and they have samples of the different flavors and there is two unflavored packets.

I don't taste it at all. No change in flavor or consistency to my coffee. I bet it's the same in soup. Give it a go! Alphabetize 57 Posted April 19, 2016 I've been using beneprotein just to get an extra 6g/protein per scoop. It's unflavored and mixes/dissolves well into anything. Only downside is that I can smell it, but if I mix it with Crystal Light in a sports bottle, it's fine.

nearperfectmess 115 Posted April 19, 2016 @@Debbie915 I second the Unjury! I'm 4 weeks post-op now and the unflavored unjury has been great (well...as great as you can get when you're dealing with Protein powder). My favorite is the Protein pudding I make - a box of sugar free Jell-O pudding (I'm partial to vanilla, but any of the SF flavors will work), one packet of unflavored Unjury powder and two cups of Fairlife Skim Milk (for the extra protein). Each 1/2 cup serving is 11.75 grams of protein. It's a nice change when you get sick of greek yogurt or other things and want something smooth. The Unjury chicken Soup flavor is surprisingly decent, as well, if you want something that will just stand on it's own.
crazyboxermom 12 Posted April 19, 2016 I'm in love with powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury chocolate splendor and the chicken Soup flavored one. I am 5 days post op and drink 3 a day. 21 grams of Protein per serving, zero fat and 100 calories. For the chocolate one, I mix it with skim milk to bump up the Protein a little. So good. Highly recommend. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Debbie915 7 Posted April 20, 2016 I'm two weeks today too, and really struggling with Protein intake. I've tried 7 different kinds Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App Sorry to hear that. I found it getting better the last 2 days. My cousin came and pushed me to drink more than I have been. It seems thats the motivation I needed. I been gradually adding an ounce more of the premier Protein shakes than before and now the taste is not so bad at all. I have been looking for a powdered Protein to add to my puree meals. I've gotten several suggestion here on BP. Just haven't felt well enough to go out and get it. I know we can get through this! I'll be praying for you as well! If you find any solutions please let me know. Blessings on your journey. Sent from my LG-H631 using the BariatricPal App
