Another is to make an artificial placeholder entry (example: make an entry for 200 calories or whatever with no Protein, carbs or fat. It, just ignore it. mariab3 7 Posted April 18, 2016 Customize your calorie amount. In the menu option go to goals Under nutrition goals "Calorie and macro-nutrients goals" Chang the default goal to what ever number you like I had mine at 600 but changed it to 800 now.

OzRoo 1,492 Posted April 19, 2016 @@mariab3 Great advice! Thank you. I discovered this too (just a while ago), and now I am reading your post re customising under Goals I changed my calories, and also had to change my Protein, Carbs and Fat percentages, as under my New calorie goal, the automatic readings for Proteins, etc were not right for me at this stage. So, it can be fixed!
Pima 18 Posted April 19, 2016 I made my own nutritional sheet in my computer. As I eat something new I enter it into my master sheet. It totals up all of the important information of my food intake. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

tony031469 81 Posted April 20, 2016 You need to go on the actual website to adjust the calories. You can't do it on the app. I did mine last night and I have it set at 1000 calories. Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App
OzRoo 1,492 Posted April 20, 2016 Yes, I mainly use the website for the MyFitnessPal. Adjusted everything on their website. I have the app, but find it easier to use on my Mac. I just couldn't edit my earlier post here, on this forum .....
