What happen next and how long

So I finally have all my paperwork and my patient advocate is submitting it to my insurance .. How much longer for my surgery to take place from when it is submitted? I have health net does it take a long time for approval ? I'm anxious ! Any advice ?

I'm sure its all different but I had approval in 2 days and was scheduled in 3 weeks for surgery.

Your patient advocate can probably answer that question better than anyone else. They usually have experience working with many different insurance companies and they will also have an idea of how far out the surgeons schedule is booked.

Appt w dieticians, possibly various test, 2 week pre-op diet, then your cleared for surgery. Good luck!
