I am 2.5 weeks out of surgery. I lost 33 lb from the beginning of my pre op diet. My weight is not moving since last week. I am getting frustrated.

@@imala74 - embrace the stall...search for the link on BP.

Remember stalls are going to come and go. Some are longer some are just a few days.

STAY OFF THE SCALE!

measure yourself, find a piece of clothing from before WLS and try them on...NSVs (non-scale victories) are the BEST! especially when the scale isn't moving.

STAY Focused!
