CowgirlJane 14,260 Posted April 12, 2016 The number one thing I had to overcome.... get used to sometimes actually FEELING negative emotions. Exercise, talking to a friend etc all helped me cope, but in the end, the healing started when I allowed myself to feel bad things and realize I wasn't going to die (metaphorically).
