Dark poop during pre-op week liquid diet

Is this normal? I drink 3 chocolate premier Protein shakes and liquids all day. Nope...I have NOT cheated AT ALL and I have no reason to believe I'm bleeding internally. Could this be old fecal matter being pushed out by all the liquids? What's your experience?

Could be your body reacting to the Protein Shakes. chocolate shake...dark poop. Are you dehydrated?
