2goldengirl 2,076 Posted April 7, 2016 I love refried Beans with a little cheese for the Fiber. I also happen to be a cottage cheese fan. Canned chicken (I got mine from Costco) is MUCH softer than chicken you cook yourself to start. A slice of deli turkey with a little mustard, wrapped around a cheese stick, is good, too.
