Are there any vegetarians or vegans out there?

I have been researching for a while about taking this tool (sleeve) to another level by incorporating a positive lifestyle change due to the fact that I rarely eat meats or consume any animal products. I will be talking to my dietician about this next month but wanted to get a head start on any suggestions from this wonderful and helpful community.

I eat vegan meals and do great with Beans. Their dense Protein and nice instead of animal Protein.
