Ashoryb 52 Posted April 7, 2016 Hey everyone, I've got a quick question about appeals. I've been denied by my insurance twice and I've already resubmitted for a 3rd time and am waiting. I meet all criteria so I'm hoping this 3rd time will be the charm. I keep thinking though eat if they deny me again? How many opportunities do I have to appeal them? Proud2BMe 1,016 Posted April 10, 2016 It depends on the company and why you were denied. If you were denied over something trivial that can be corrected then it may not be a problem. They keep denying me because of my past lap band fiasco in 2008.
