that is great

explain the necessity to insurance

and doc's office of getting a date

that way you can start working your schedule

for family, school etc around WLS

ask if you must pay for classes up front

you must be an advocate for yourself

get YOUR Buns in gear!!

hopefully their buns will follow

insurance hoops and jumps can drive people crazy!!

(no offense to OP who work with insurance!)

don't wait by the phone for insurance to call
