Has anyone had experience with United health care?

I have UHC Illinois and had 6 month weigh ins and was approved 4 days after submission. Not too bad! Surgery May 3.

I have United Health Care Choice Plus and was required 6 months diet. Last apt is on Nov 1st!

My surgeon office turned in my info last Tuesday and got the approval this week Monday but I called the insurance company for a update and was told before my surgeon office notified me.
