Liquid diet phase and feeling bloated

I started my liquid diet phase yesterday and last night, I started feeling what I thought were hunger pains, but I think it's gas or bloat. It's at the top of my stomach, and I swear I can even feel it in my back. It's very weird. Has anyone else experienced this? Am I able to take something for it?
