roxygal1 6 Posted April 5, 2016 (edited) Non fat Greek yogurt with a scoop of vanilla Protein powder worked for me when I was tired of shakes. Purée some fruit on top taste like cheesecake. I ate that which gave me 32g of Protein and I drunk low fat chocolate milk for a extra 16g of protein Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Edited April 5, 2016 by roxygal1
Valentina 2,642 Posted April 5, 2016 broth with 2 Tbsps. of nutritional yeast added. It adds great savory flavor and 8g of Protein. PB2 (dried Peanut Butter powder): I add Water to 2 Tblsps. and some raspberry extract. It adds not only Protein, but a great flavor . Add some cottage cheese to the bottom of sugar free Jello. Serve it on a bed of lettuce for a cool lunch. Put crushed garlic, olive oil, a few bacon crumbles and nutritional yeast on Brussel sprout halves and roast at 450 for 20-25 min. Yummy! good luck and happy eating!

jhclikesshopping@gmail.com 285 Posted April 5, 2016 I have been baking my Protein lately. Protein Cookies (check Protein Cakery website) with banana and Protein Powder are awesome. Also making protein pudding (world according to eggface website) is very good too. Message me if you cannot find recipes. ~Jenn
Barry W 336 Posted April 5, 2016 Besides Protein in whole foods like poultry, fish, legumes, nuts and fat-free milk, there are all kinds of Protein Bars out there with 15-20g Protein per bar and many without excessive sugar - just have to watch that. I usually find them in supermarkets next to the Protein shakes, which can get monotonous if that's all I use.
JT1230 36 Posted April 6, 2016 Try these. A little pricey but a much easier way to get 40g of Protein.
