Always defended me to my dad and would yell at him. I am 205lbs and 5"2. I am done with it all. My husband isn't happy I am doing this but it's for me. No one else. I have always tried to please everyone. My turn.. Do what u need to do for u. No one else will .

Ladies, we will all have to forgive those people who talked doo doo about us. We have to get our heads healthy too. Our bodies will look awesome, but our heads will have to follow. If we don't forgive those who wronged us, we are going to suffer at the dinner table. As we all should know, this is for us, no one else. Some people will try and bring us down. Don't let them.
