pppgobbi 5 Posted April 2, 2016 I was sleeved on March 2nd and did really well. Actually down 29 pounds. I have had no issues except for this one. Terrible itch on back, abdomen, inside of legs and inside of arms. Went to the dermatologist and she said it was a heat rash and gave me some cream. Didn't work. I went to the surgeon and she said it could be my way of getting rid of anesthesia etc. I don't think so. This has been going on for over 3 weeks. Does anyone else have this problem?? Christinamo7 4,042 Posted April 2, 2016 I didn't have this issue after my sleeve but I sure had it after my hysterectomy last August. Are you still on pain or nausea meds? it was the medication they gave me in my pain pump that caused me to be itchy until I got it out of my system. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

2goldengirl 2,076 Posted April 2, 2016 I've got it and I haven't taken anything stronger than Tylenol since the 17th. I did develop localized skin reactions from my heparin/lovenox injections, those are fading, but inside my arms and back aren't affected by that.
