There are lots of reasons why you could PB. Mostly it is because you are too tight. You should be able to eat a minimum of 1/4 cup of food. Also, you need to make sure you slow down and take the tinniest of bites. Bites that are no bigger than the size of a pencil eraser.

i just got my band last wednesday, and im on liquild.

If you are on liquids you need to make sure you sip very slowly. You are probably really swollen right now. Also, if you have nausea the best thing to do is to call your doctor and have him prescribe an anti nausea medication. I was quite nauseated with my surgery. And that really helped. Good luck.

Thanks you guys, i feel great i don't feel sick at all. Just sometimes i feel like bps, I will try to drink slower from now on.

It's weird how i can have 100g of yogurt and I'm satisfied. Grocery shopping is going to be interesting, thats for sure $$$$$$$ left over.
