KindaFamiliar 3,867 Posted March 31, 2016 Nope... It's good... If you're doing more exercise, you're burning more calories... If you're burning more calories, you need to eat more... You've just gotta make sure that what you're eating is a) not s**t, and not calorically more than you're burning... When you get to this point, it's no longer JUST about calories in vs calories out.. This is where the macros come into it... It may we worth talking to a professional and getting some information that is specific to your needs... The last thing you want when you're doing extra exercise is for your body to go into 'starvation mode'... That s**t sux balls!!! Good luck... Let us know how you get on... Christinamo7 4,042 Posted March 31, 2016 when my weight loss has slowed way down, I get very hungry right before I loose a good bit. it's kind of weird. but it works. and I second that what matters is that you are eating quality food not junk. my surgery was also in February. KindaFamiliar 3,867 Posted March 31, 2016 @@NatashaSaysRawr At just on six weeks oput, you should still be well and truly under the guidance of your surgeon and/or your nutritionist... You'd be MUCH better served by getting in touch with them and asking their thoughts... Please remember this - very few people in here are qualified in this field.. Yes, the knowledge contained by the collective in here is vast and so very useful... However, nobody here knows YOUR situation like YOUR team... Generally speaking, the information and advice you can get from here is anecdotal and specific to each individual poster... Please, before you make ANY changes to your diet (especially at six weeks or so out), consult with your respective professionals... And if you've no such support, please seek out the name of someone in your area and speak to them... Please...
