Energy drinks

I have energy drinks periodically. Got to have food in stomach first or my pouch hurts.

I have never tried "energy drinks" or "vitamin waters" or the like. They are not natural and they seem to have all kinds of stuff in them that is not based on sound science, yet are marketed as essentially a medicinal product - so I worry that at best they won't be effective and at worst they may be harmful. Now I will drink tea or coffee, but I know what those are, and they aren't some witch's brew of caffeine, sugar, random chemicals, purported nutraceuticals and herbal supplements.

I'm 4mnths out and when I need a pick me up I drink Spark from Advocare. You have to order it online unless you know a local rep but it's amazing!!! fruit punch is the best and it's non carbonated. It's also sugar free
