Hello! I'm going strong and working hard at this thing called weight loss and i have to say that it has been both rewarding and discouraging at times. I love seeing the numbers go down, however, every time that stall happens it shakes me into reality and how this IS only a tool for successful weight loss. I have been working out a minimum of 4 days a week the last 3 weeks, and i can tell it helps considerably! Just wanted to let everyone know at this stage that it is worth it and that you will make progress, so DON"T GIVE UP! By the way, i have lost 40lbs. It feels great!

I have found eating "good" carbs are the way to go, if i am going to eat them. I mostly make Protein meals and Snacks, but those veggies and fruit with (natural sugar) is the better way to go. My tastes have changed in that i can't have much of anything sweet ESPECIALLY artificial sweetener. It is terrible and nauseating. I am so excited to see what the next few months bring!! :)

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
