@lisa1986. I am so excited to get out and try to engage in life. I know that this is only a tool but I have not had so much hope in a very long time. I checked out of the hospital and my blood pressure had already changed back to the level I had prior to my doctor prescribed drug induced weight gain. This is game changer! In life, it's been my experience that you never regret what you do..only regret what you don't do...best of luck to you
