My go-to for my week of purée was canned refried Beans (Old Ortega brand is good) cut thin with enchilada sauce and a little Water, a sprinkle of shredded cheese and spiced up with chili powder and Tony Chachere's seasoning. Your mileage may vary with spices, I'm a multi-generational Texan not much seems to aggravate my stomach even after surgery :D I could only take a few spoons-worth at a time, so a can will stretch out for a couple of days.
