You look fantastic, co grays and keep up the great work. I'm only 12 days post op and have only lost 10 pounds, scale hasn't really moved in a week. Hope it gets started soon

Be patient. You will lose if you stay the course. It does get easier! Congratulations on your surgery!!! So proud of you!!
