I really need one of those!!!!!

I decided to go with ExCookieMonster because IWantPizzaNow seemed counterproductive.

I live in Brazil, there aren't a lot of fat people here. And the weather is so warm, the clothing shows more skin.

So I try to laugh at my problems to feel less ashamed of myself when surrounded by my skinny friends.

I don't think any of these are addictions or obsessions, but just activities that please and entertain me:

Hanging with my hubby

Cruising

Travel

Socializing with friends

Clothes and "primping"

Writing

Becoming a domestic goddess (this is a helluva lot easier to do 100 pounds lighter)

My Fitness Pal (weird, but true -- I love understanding which foods are nutritious)

I like how you roll.

I tried this on Monday......walked by Casual Male Big & Tall. I flipped them off and kept walking. Big old dude working there tried to run me down......huffing and puffing. I kept on walking. So long, Bigger & Taller Clothiers.....siunara bye-bye !!!!!!!!

(Insert Leslie Chow from Hangover....making his pump and spray gesture here)

LMAO at the new feels towards shopping.

I'm gonna become a clothes ho.

Or just a plain old ho.

I cant seem to let go of a project until its finished. Right now I'm painting and redecorating my bedroom. Its on my mind constantly. After its completed I'm on to another project. I'm driving my husband crazy, He has drawn a line when I tried to organize and paint his garage.

Sex (with my hubby) My hormones are like a teenager. God help him.

Clothing and all things girly.

Moving and being physically active. Snowshoeing, Hiking,Chasing my grandson, Mountain biking, Distance running and kayaking. Anything outdoors.

Replaced my bad behaviors with some healthy ones.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
