Rebeccab 0 Posted August 5, 2007 Hi everyone I had my first fill a month ago and have only lost 4 lbs. I definitely eat less - but not a LOT less. I exercise, eat Protein first followed by veggies and fruit - only 3 x's a day and in general I am very concientious and committed to eating right. I can eat about 1 - 1.5 cups of food at a time which is more than I thought I could eat. Anyone have the same experience? rdbiles@sbcglob 0 Posted August 12, 2007 You are doing fantastic! Weight lost of 4 lbs is right in line with what a bandster should lose, 1-2 lb a week. You should only go back for a fill if you are getting hungry. Sometimes you will plateau and not lose weight, but if you're not getting ravenously hungry you still don't need a fill. Eventually, you will begin losing weight again. Continue eating 1 to 1 1/2 cups a meal, if you can stop after 1 cup that's even better. You are doing great, this is not a race!
