sammielouwho 39 Posted July 20, 2017 It's crazy to look like a normal person I still sometimes don't see it. I'm about 20 pounds from my final goal. It's getting hard to lose. I'm maintaining any advice?
FayBee 285 Posted July 22, 2017 You look great@sammielouwho I would still like to lose about 15lbs myself. But I'm only maintaining which I'm fine with right now, when my kids go back to school in September I'm going to kickstart my workout routine again. I feel like I eat "normal" again. Of course my portions are still half or even 1/4 of what it used to be. But it doesn't feel like a chore anymore. It just feels like my normal self. I think for us at this point it's good to go back to "normal" forms of dieting to lose those last stubborn pounds. Think Proteins and greens and cut back on sugars and carbs. FayBee 285 Posted February 22, 2018 I really wish I could hit the 100lb loss mark! I need a restart. I’m proud of the fact that I’ve maintained the 95lb loss for over a year now. But I’m still 162lbs and would love to be under 150!
