snclarno86 2 Posted March 23, 2016 So Even though my BMI qualifies me and I had a lapband taken out about a year ago they surgeon doesn't want me to have the surgery. Idk why but I am going to fight this. I have gained 67lbs back in a yr. the support staff seams to think I have a good chance of getting qualified so I'm going ahead with all the requirements including a sleep study tonight.
