So excited about this journey to a healthier lifestyle. wenrishel 16 Posted March 23, 2016 No...strictly liquids...protein shakes (3 daily) low fat cream Soups, broth, skim milk, sf Popsicles or sf Italian ice and sf Jello of course. Taking everything to move my bowels milk of magnesia not working & Miralax isnt either any suggestions how are you managing getting your Water down? Sent from my SGH-T999 using the BariatricPal App Awwwe I know it must be frustrating.. Thankfully I had no problems with my bowels. I know some people it took up to two weeks for them to have one. So just be patient and if it really is bothering you contact your doc. As for Water intake I'm still not at where I should be but I sip all day..try and use flavor enhancers it should help. Necie 7 Posted March 31, 2016 Special K I'm not sure if you eat black eye peas but if you make your broth add some onions, carrots and boil the Beans at a high temperature. Trust me I had the same problem. Those beans got everything moving and I make sure I eat some everyday just for that. Also a lot of Water.
