I also live in Springfield. My surgery is scheduled for Monday 3-28-16. I'm pretty excited to start this life changing journey. Who did your surgery? How are you doing this far?

Hey! I'm from Joplin, mo area.... but now live in San Diego area... was sleeved June 2015, good luck guys, have fun! It's a journey I wish I would've stayed YEARS ago. btw HW 245+ CW 155... working on listing 20 more!!! You too will be at your goal before u know it!

Follow recommendations of your dr....and don't compare your results with others...this is your journey, you will succeed! If you have trouble with nausea, take something for it, dont compromise your health by skipping Vitamins or Protein d/t nausea. Start exercising when u can. Chew, chew your food and sip your drinks! (Sometimes tepid or warm goes down easier than cold or hot) focus your first few weeks on healing...and walk, it's the best way to get rid of the gas! (Also gas X strips). Best of luck!!!
